Warranty Terms and Conditions
The Company warrants that the Tube Luminometers (FB12, FB14, Sirius and SmartLineTL), Microplate Luminometers (MPL1, MPL2, Orion I and Orion L), Luminescence TestTube and Luminescence TestPlate when operated and maintained in accordance with operating and maintenance instructions will be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of twelve (12) months from the data of shipment. In the event of noncompliance with the warranty, the Company shall at its option, modify, adjust, repair or replace the equipment Ex-Works.
The
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident or misuse, abuse or
negligence in the operation or maintenance of the product, including
without limitation, operation by untrained personnel, and failure to
perform routine maintenance. The Warranty does not cover damages or
repairs by unauthorized service personnel. The Warranty becomes void if
the product serial number is altered, effaced or removed. The Warranty
does not cover damages if the instrument has not been connected, installed
or adjusted strictly in accordance with User's Manual directions.
Batteries, fuses, injection system tips, tubing and other
‘consumable’ items used in any of the instruments are not covered .
